LA Press Club's 66th Southern California Journalism Awards

Los Angeles, California, USA. 23rd June, 2024. The Los Angeles Press Club held it's 66th Annual Southern California Journalism Awards at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel in Los Angeles, California.
The awards were given out to honor editorial excellence in 2023, and honorary awards for 2024. The highlights were The Guardian Award to attorney Mickey H. Osterreicher of the National Press Photographers Association (NPPA), The Daniel Pearl Award to Evan Gershkovich of the Wall Street Journal, who is presently imprisoned in Russia, The President's Award to Amanda Salas of Fox 11, The Bill Rosendahl Public Service Award to actress Jane Seymour, and The Joseph Quinn Award for Lifetime Achievement to Stephen A. Smith of ESPN.
Members and guests of the Los Angeles Beverly Arts (LABA) attended the event including TV host Joey Zhou, founder of LABA, Jacky Zhang, President of Euro-Americas-China Investment Promoting Association (EACIPA), Dr. Binghua Chen, Secretary-General of EACIPA, producer Tina Liu, Professor Lingyun Xiang, and producer Douglas Ivanovich.
