Yufen Li is an artist from China who specializes in oil painting, and spent many years studying in France. Her French name is Jouie YuFem. Yufen was born in Tianjin, China and during her childhood was very fond of painting. In 1997, she decided to go to France to pursue her lifelong dream to become a professional artist. While living in France, she attended the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts to study painting, and was invited to participate in many exhibitions.  In 1999, she joined the French Artists Association, and was President of the Academy of Oriental Modern Art in Paris, and the Vice President of the Federation of French Calligraphers and Painters.

September 27, 2015 - participated in the (Paris International Exposition) "Oil Painting Eighty-Seven Immortals Scroll" at the famous French Pierre Art Museum. Won Second prize. Private collection: 100cm ×100cm

Participated in the 3rd International LOHAS Art Exhibition in China and Shanghai on November 11, 2016.  Oil painting, "Reincarnation."  Won First Prize. Private Collection: 150cm x150cm

 

November 11, 2016 - received the Silver Medal of Arts from the United Nations Public Welfare Alliance, Certificate N: 454887

September 22, 2017 - participated in the Laos Vientiane Art Expo. Oil Painting Work, "Smooth Sailing" 70cm x50cm, collected by the President of Laos. Won the Gold Medal.

November 2017 - participated in the General Association of French Calligraphers and Painters Exhibition of artist works. Oil Painting, "Three Trees."  Private Collection: 130cm x 70cm

January 1, 2018 -  held an exhibition of my works at the Happy House Hotel in Paris. Two works of mixed media - Untitled work and Autumn Colors from private collection.

February 16, 2018 - invited to attend the reception at the French Presidential Palace. My traditional Chinese ink painting 40cm x 40cm was collected by President Macron of the Elysee Palace, at the French Presidential Palace.

February 13, 2018 - participated in the famous International Art Exhibition of the Grand Palais in Paris, France. Won the Adams Art Certificate for two artworks of Women Flowers.

April 22, 2018 - participated in the ATS SHOPPING International Expo Art Exhibition at the Louvre in France.

May 10, 2018 - participated in the beauty of Chinese characters large-scale art exhibition. Chinese ink painting 140cm x 70cm. Won the Gold Medal.

July 21, 2018 - invited by UNESCO to participate in the "World Peace Art." Awarded a certificate by UNESCO's "The Beauty of Chinese Characters, Oil Paintings Permanent Collection."

 

October 24, 2018 - participated in the Louvre ART SHOPPIN International Art Salon Exhibition.
